Bonnie

My foster writes: Bonnie is a sweet, shy guy. He spends most of his time in his favorite nooks, although you'll catch him chasing after anything that rattles or rolls! He's reserved but it's easy to love him from afar, with an adorable face and calm demeanor, he's the perfect new roommate! I think Bonnie would do best in a quiet home where he can have a lot of alone time. It's clear he likes to explore his space alone and this is when he'd feel most comfortable. Due to his fearfulness, Id recommend a home that doesn't have a lot of people in and out or too many roommates as it does increase his hiding/fear when too much is going on. Hi, my name is Bonnie and the shelter has been a little overwhelming for me. I came from a home with many cats, who I've gotten along with well. Because I've lived in this home my entire life and have only been around one person, I have little experience with people and am hesitant of new experiences. I would enjoy living in a quiet home, preferably one with lots of vertical space so I have a place to perch and observe the room. I would also appreciate having experienced, patient adopter(s) who are willing to take things slow with me. I would benefit from socialization, using rewards whenever I make a small positive step like making eye contact, allowing petting, or sniffing your hand. I'd prefer to take things at my own pace, and would appreciate some good old fashion TLC. The thing I enjoy most here is the privacy of my den.
