Cali was seen roaming a neighborhood for about six months. She would peer through doors, begging to come inside. The kind folks would put dry food and water out for Cali. Eventually, a concerned neighbor called the local cat rescue to scan Cali for a microchip. The microchip was never registered. We took Cali to our veterinarian for a complete exam, full bloodwork, FELV/FIV and distemper combination vaccine/Rabies vaccines. It was determined, though Cali roamed, all of her bloodwork was normal, and her FELV/FIV testing was negative. Cali is faithful to her litterbox. We have transferred Cali to our in home foster.
