Charles is an amazing boy who lost most of his vision when his eyes got damaged living in poor conditions in his prior home. :( He is so happy living in a cozy adoption center now, and dreams of his furever home with you! He gets around just fine so his only special need is to avoid startling him since his vision is impaired. Otherwise he will be perfectly happy just being loved.
You can't tell from the pics - he is a very long, lanky adorable boy! To be in his presence is to love him so we suggest you plan on doing so ASAP!
