When your name means "heart" or "courage," you gotta live up to it! And Corazon is certainly trying to do so! It's hard to look into her big eyes and not feel a sense of doting. However, she doesn't feel like she's ready to jump into your arms.... quite yet. She's a shy little girl who tries to respect your boundaries. She always feels like she's in human's way, and it will take some time and love to get her to realize that she's not a burden.
There are two things that help her pop out of her shell: toys and kitties! All timidness seems to fly out the door the second she starts playing! Giving her a few toys that could help her feel more relaxed might just do the trick! If not, certainly having a feline sibling would! She has made a lot of kitty friends in her foster home, and they might be able to give her the confidence to feel like a real kitty!
Corazon's adoption donation is $150 which includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and spay.
