Meet Elsa, a shy but resilient cat whose story began during a winter storm, earning her the name of the famous character from Frozen. As a young feline, Elsa's early experiences have left her cautious, and she's still learning to trust humans. This sweet girl is in search of a warm and patient home where she can feel safe and gradually overcome her fears. Despite her initial hesitation, Elsa has a lot of potential for growth and love. She may not be a fan of pets just yet, but with the right environment and understanding, she has the potential to become a cherished companion in a caring and patient household. If you have the heart to provide the comfort and time Elsa needs, you might be the key to unlocking the warmth within this frozen heart.
Elsa is currently in a foster home in Chicago's southwest suburbs and can be seen by appointment once an adoption application is completed and approved by the rescue. We cannot hold our cats for any reason. Please do not apply unless you are ready to meet and welcome a new companion into the home within three days of applying.
ADOPTION FEE: $150.00 (includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies vaccine, FVRCP vaccines, SNAP test, and general wellness, including dewormer and flea/tick prevention).
