FRANKLILN is about 1 year old, male Ginger Tabby/Tux mix. He is super sweet and loving. He is another TNR kitty found by people, but he is way too friendly to wander the busy streets alone. He was found roaming around University with an infected ear at the tip site. He is better now and is looking for an indoor furrever home.
