He was found living alone outside which is very dangerous for a deaf cat as they can't hear a car coming. He is friendly and loves to cuddle and be petted. He has adjusted to the dog in his foster home but is not a fan of other cats.

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Cats (6 months of age and older): Prior to being placed for adoption, all cats, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for FeLV, microchipped, current on booster(s) and rabies vaccinations, de-wormed, flea treated, and checked/treated for ear mites.
