JACKSON (DOB 2/21/22) is a quiet, affectionate, and handsome gentleman. He’s polite and friendly; he will courteously introduce himself to people and the other shelter cats. JACKSON is often found reaching a paw into the other cats’ cages in a friendly gesture. When he says “hello” to his human companions, it’s usually with gentle leg rubs. JACKSON loves to have his shoulders and the back of his neck stroked – he’ll arch and lean into the loving hand.
JACKSON would do well in a quieter home as a member of a pet menagerie or as an only pet; he gets along with other cats and would likely do well with a polite dog. He’d be fine as an only pet also, as long as he has a loving and attentive human companion. Since he is so gentle, JACKSON would be good with children too.
