Meet Kitty! Kitty is a 7 year old girl who recently found herself here at the shelter due to her owner's failing health. When she first arrived, Kitty was really sad and scared, but she is now starting to come out of her shell and ask for attention. Kitty really loves chin rubs and treats! Unfortunately, Kitty is front declawed. Declawing cats can cause a list of health and behavioral issues. In Kitty's case, she does occasionally go to the bathroom outside of her litterbox. This isn't an uncommon issue among declawed cats, so Kitty will need an understanding and patient family. Finding a soft litter that doesn't hurt Kitty's feet will be key to keeping both Kitty and her new family happy.
