A lady rescued Luke who most likely had been thrown out of a moving vehicle. He was hanging on the bridge of the overpass. She had seen him while driving on the overpass and made a U-turn to help. He was shaking but she took him to safety and hosted him for a month before reaching out for help. Luke is now with a foster. Luke is slow and a little shy at first with other cats. He is a sweetheart who will add happiness to your life once he knows he can trust you.
