Mugsy has a very sad story. He was dumped by someone about a year ago. He had a terrible neck wound but was rescued and nursed back to health by his former foster mom. He was adopted and lived a good life until being returned after 7 months because the adopter became too ill to care for him. Mugsy is very, very friendly and gets along well with other cats. Please consider opening your heart to give this sweet boy a truly forever home.
