Richard Ricardo was found in a Phoenix neighborhood with his three sisters and mama cat. He has been in two foster homes and was just neutered last week. He’s such a sweet boy! Loves to lay on your bed and snuggle with you at nighttime when you’re ready to sleep. Would prefer a quieter home as he can be a bit skittish to begin with.
