Say hello to Rocky! Despite his name, Rocky is much more a lover than a fighter, but we didn't always know that. Rocky was brought to us as a feral stray. After spending a few months with us, we began to suspect that Rocky wasn't feral but simply scared and not sure how to express himself. A couple of our staff members decided to take a chance and attempt to pet Rocky... He loved it!! He is unsure of how to react when being reached out to and will sometimes hiss or give a grumpy look, but once he gets a couple head scratches he doesn't want them to stop. We aren't totally sure how Rocky does with other cats as he generally avoids them when out of his kennel, he has not shown aggression to other cats but would probably do best in a home without other males. Rocky would live his best life in a quiet home where he can laze around and soak up some sunshine.
