My Story

Hi, our names are Shadow and Rylee! We are PURPLE pawprints, which means we will fit well into a home that meets some specific criteria. Here is what would work best for us in our new home: -Personality: Active, playful, shy at first, friendly -Can Live with Cats: Yes, we are a bonded pair of sisters, and it is required we be adopted together. Introductions with any resident kitties will need to be slow and structured. -Can Live with Dogs: Yes, with a proper introduction -Can Live with Kids: Yes, any age -Needs Indoor Only Home: Yes -History of Litter Box Issues: No -Energy Level: Medium/high -Bite History: No -Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: Yes, a spay for both Additional Information: Rylee and Shadow are a bonded pair of young cats looking for their forever home. They're a bit shy at first, but warm up pretty quickly. These two are playful and active - they love to play together but will also need plenty of toys and interaction with their people to keep them occupied. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website (www.whatcomhumane.org/adopt) or in person at our facility. We recommend calling into the shelter after your application has been submitted so our front desk can give you next steps on our adoption process.
