My Story

Somebody was told us that the world was gonna rule us, but we don't think it was the world who was going to do it; we think it's kitties! Just look at Shrek! You can just look at him and say, "Yep! This guy is going to be my whole world!" But, just like his moniker, Shrek has many layers. Shrek was discovered along with his siblings under a porch. It was a difficult living situation for them, and when the litter was brought to LCCR, they had to learn how to adapt to their new living situation. Shrek has had a tougher time than his siblings. He is a little introverted and enjoys his alone time. Sure, he might be a dashing young man, but he's also very reserved. He seems to think that humans value their personal space, and he's willing to respect that. While Shrek isn't much of a outgoing chatty Cathy, he does have a side of him that just makes you want to give him the world! He's not much when it comes to interacting with humans, but there is something he does that states otherwise! You see, Shrek here is incredibly food motivated! If you have a bit of food on your finger, he'll clean it off for you! He also has a playful side that few will ever get to witness! If you're one of his most trusted buddies, you might be lucky enough to witness it! If you want to really make him feel at home, give him a nice, soft cat bed! This boy loves his naptime more than anything, and this will just make his day even better! Shrek's adoption donation is $175 which includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter.
