Meet Sunshine
Anyone have a soft spot for mature adult kitties or know of a senior looking for companionship? Sunshine is super sweet, very mellow and calm, and she talks in all sorts of kitty voices! She enjoys napping and pets and playing with strings!
We recently found out that Sunshine’s real name is Kimmie. And she was adopted seven years ago from a shelter clear in Baltimore! Her former mom was evicted from her home Jan 1, 2024 and put Sunshine/Kimmie inside an abandoned home locally. The abandoned home was demolished mid February and that’s when we found Sunshine/Kimmie at a local cat colony near where the houses were being torn down. So, she was starving to near death, literally!
She is such a great cat, we can not imagine ever abandoning her like this! We know it may be hard to find her a home because she is older, but we know there is someone out here who will show her love and make her feel forever safe in their heart and home.
