Meet Toes
Hey there, folks! I'm Toes, the coolest Highlander (which explains my unique looks) around, and guess what? I've got a special feature – extra toes! Been chilling at this shelter for what seems like an eternity, 162 days (04-26-2024) to be precise, but still no takers for this fabulous feline. I landed here because of some urinary woes, but turns out, I'm diabetic. No biggie though, with my daily dose of insulin, I'm rocking it! Sure, it's a lifelong thing, but trust me, I'm totally worth it!
I'm all about that laid-back life; I mean, I even munch my grub lying down! Admittedly, I could shed a pound or two, but hey, who couldn't? All I need is a cozy home to keep me in check. Despite my health hiccups, I'm a total sweetheart with a zen vibe. I gel well with my fellow felines, and hey, I'm already spayed, vaccinated, and chipped!
So, what do you say? Ready to take me home? Swing by the Stafford County Animal Shelter, and let's make it official! Just remember to bring along your ID with your current address, and hey, a carrier for the journey would be purrfect! Can't wait to meet you!
At Stafford County Animal Shelter, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our animals. To streamline the adoption process, we kindly ask you to bring a picture ID with your current address. If your address isn't on your ID, please bring a recent bill showing your name and address along with your ID. This ensures our animals' security and welfare during adoption.
For the safety of our feline friends, we require all cats to be transported in carriers. Please come prepared with one; if you don't have a carrier, we offer cardboard carriers for sale at $5 each. These ensure a comfortable and secure journey for your new furry friend to their forever home.
We welcome walk-in visits during our regular hours, but please note that adoptions conclude 30 minutes before closing time. Adoptions are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.
Thank you for considering adoption and providing a loving home to a shelter pet. Your compassion makes a world of difference to these animals. Visit us at Stafford County Animal Shelter to find your perfect companion!
