The most noticeable thing about Tulip, besides just how pretty she is, is how readily affectionate she is, even with people she doesn't know. Her motor starts up as soon as you start petting her and she looks you straight at you and can melt your heart just with her eyes.
Tulip adjusted quickly and had no problem fitting in with other cats in her foster home and has even been relaxed around the small dog who shares the home with the cats.
Tulip has been vaccinated and spayed and is now ready to find her forever home. If you would be interested in meeting Tulip, please request an adoption application to be sent to you. There is a $35 adoption fee and it is requested that you reside in the 916 or 530 area code.
