Meet Ace, a wonderful puppy who is very bright and eager to learn. Ace and his siblings were brought in from a breeder in the upstate of SC, after they could not find homes for them. They are up to date on shots now and learning to walk on a leash (more work will be needed for this but they are coming along). They are still a little aloof of new people but are getting better the more people they meet. Off lead inside, all of the puppies are very sweet and loving and quite bright and engaging with us here, treat motivated and are learning about toys. The potential for these pups is endless!! New Beginnings Shepherd Rescue is a volunteer based rescue, we work very hard to help as many adoptable GSDs as possible. Most of our dogs come from high kill shelters across the country, so sadly we do not have any background information on them.....but we work very hard to get to know each and every dog brought into our program in need of a new beginning in their lives. We do not take animals with aggression problems (some may not like other dogs, cats, or may require older kids as opposed to younger children, but we will let you know everything that we know) most of these beautiful dogs have been faithful and loving family pets for their entire lives, yet still have lost their homes and families through no fault of their own.
