Hey there! I'm Aspen! I am a 3 year old, 30 pound, female shiba inu and husky mix. I am sweet, curious, active, and loving. I love to explore and would make a great adventure buddy. I am very loving and want to give hugs and kisses to everyone I meet. I am food motivated and eager to please, I already know how to sit! Please come to the shelter to meet me. Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. The best way to get in touch with us is by email: [email protected]. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet. ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $250 for puppies under 6 months of age and $200 for dogs older than 6 months. $150 for kittens under 6 months of age and $125 for cats older than 6 months.
