My Story

IMPORTANT: If you are interested in adopting BANJO, an adoption application is required.  Please cut and paste this link  to your browser ---> https://forms.gle/uN4Gp6ecwwpkoLod9 BANJO adoption fee is $250. BANJO came to us form the local shelter. He was so dirty and matted that we thought he was a brown dog and he had a few ticks on him. BANJO has the most unusual eyes. One blue eye and one gold eye. Although the shelter had him listed as a Maltese, our groomer told us that he looks like he has some Westie in him, too. He weighs about 14 lbs, loves to eat, loves his toys and is an adorable PUPPY. PERSONALITY: BANJO is a PUPPY. He loves to play and thinks the world is his playground. He expects everyone to love him and can be a pest, especially the old dogs and cats. We are doing out best to train him, but he gets board quickly. As for potty training, he is good unless he forgets. HEALTH: RoRescue had BANJO neutered (as per our agreement with the local shelter). However, we, also, tested him for Tick Fever and Heartworm. He tested a "faint" positive for Tick Fever and he has been on medication for that for the past month. We plan to re-test him and expect the results will be a strong NEGATIVE. RORESCUE NOTES: We are looking for an adopter who understands puppies and will take him to training classes so he can become the wonderful dog he was born to be. RoRescue adopts their dogs as INDOOR pets, with sufficient supervised outdoor exercise time. RoRescue requires a secure yard and safe environment for this dog. We do NOT adopt to out-of area or out of state locations. ALL RORESCUE DOGS are vet checked, spayed/neutered, microchipped and UTD on shots. Full blood panel/Valley Fever/Tick Fever/Heartworm testing is NOT customarily done, unless veterinary suggested
