Big, beautiful Beau just wants to go home. He just doesn't know what to make of things right now, since he arrived due to his good family being unable to care for him any longer. One family member passed away and now, sadly, the other is terminally ill. Beau is a 5 1/2 year old Labrador/Great Dane mix that is a bit shaken up, so the best thing for him is to go back to a good home where he can take his time to settle in and get back to living the good life, as he always has. According to Beau's family, he's housebroken, perfectly behaved and non-destructive in the home, and he's good with other dogs too. Beau has never lived with kids or cats and honestly, it's best if he goes to a home with neither due to him being a bit nervous presently. Beau loves being with people and just wants to feel safe. He's great on a leash, gentle taking whatever you give him, he sits when asked and is so polite and sweet. He hopes you'll come to meet him real soon!
