My Story

Meet Bee! Shelter Arrival: January 3, 2024 Background: Surrendered due to owner unable to care for her Ideal Home: Experienced owner, patient, committed to training and building confidence. Bee arrived at the Saginaw County Animal Care & Control Resource Center due to unforeseen circumstances but is now seeking a patient and understanding forever family! At about 6 months old, Bee is a lab mix with a heart full of potential. She might be a bit anxious, displaying nervous behaviors like hiding and vocal whining, but with the right guidance, she's sure to blossom. Bee would benefit from an experienced owner who understands anxious puppies. Patience, training, and confidence-building exercises will help her overcome her fears and anxieties. Despite her nervousness, Bee should do well in a household with children and other dogs. In fact, having a furry friend might aid in building her confidence. Bee is highly motivated by treats! Her enthusiasm for treats will make training sessions both enjoyable and rewarding. Bee is a young and anxious pup, eager to find a supportive and loving family that can help her become the confident and happy dog she's meant to be. If you're ready to commit to Bee's journey and provide her with the love and patience she needs, consider reaching out to Saginaw County Animal Care & Control Resource Center.
