Betty was saved from the streets of the Rio Grande Valley in south Texas. She was being fed by a local rescuer and then was picked up by animal control. Her foster Mom pulled her from the shelter in hopes of saving her from possible euthanasia and finding her a forever home. This Shepherd mix is about 2 years old and weighs in at 45 lbs.
Betty is a calm, cool and collected girl. She has manners and sits nicely during car rides.
Betty's son is Sparky. She LOVES to play with him. She gets along with other dogs as well and with cats. Betty hopes you will take a chance on her. She's looking for her happy ever after fairy-tale ending that every rescue dog deserves.
ALL OF OUR DOGS ARE or will be SPAYED OR NEUTERED.
The Chasing Sunshine Dog Rescue adoption donation is $595.00. This includes: spay/neuter (at our vet), vaccines (dhpp, bordetella, rabies), microchip, health certificate, fecal test and our dogs are on preventatives for fleas/ticks/heartworm.
Out of state adopters must also pay for an interstate health certificate to their state. (This is typically around $70.00. Adopter will pay actual cost.)
