Beautiful Billie is a 1 year old Boxer and Terrier mix who was as a stray in Detroit. She was found resting on a porch looking sad and with an injured leg. Thankful her leg was not broken. Billie is a very sweet girl with lots of puppy energy!! She loves playing with stuffed animal toys, cuddling and hanging out with her fosters. She loves to go for walks and has good leash manners. She knows her basic commands. Good with other dogs. Unknown how she is with cats. Children 12 years old and older who live in the home. Her forever home is required to have a totally enclosed physically fenced yard. Billie's vaccines are up to date, on monthly heartworm preventative as well as crate and potty trained. She will be spayed on 1/30. Billie is is searching for her forever family who will love, spoil her and take on some wonderful adventures for the rest of her life!!
All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year attend 1 obedience class (6 week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI to adopt one of our dogs. No out of state or outside the U.S. adoptions or fosters. Billie's adoption fee is $300.
