Boo

Boo is a year old compact (23 lbs) herding mix of sorts… but, I mean you don’t need to know much about Boo’s mix breed to see how cute he is. Boo was brought in as a stray and was facing euthanasia at the shelter. Boo was fearful and cautious at the shelter all making him easily overlooked. But Boo is ready to look past his past and tell you all about what a good boy he is! Boo is kennel trained, house trained, and uses the dog door proficiently. Boo is also leash trained and loves to go on walks and would make a great running or hiking partner. Boo loves to get the zoomies and zip around the yard. He is good around other dogs and attends doggy daycare 3 times a week. Boo is also good with cats and kiddos. Boo also does well riding in a vehicle, in fact Boo loves looking out any window. Boo’s foster mom describes him as spunky, curious, energetic, with a goofy personality. Boo will need someone to provide routine and continued basic training. Boo has a willingness to learn. Boo’s owner will also need to be patient with Boo as he has faced adversity in his young life. Boo is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and UTD on vaccines. Homeownership and fenced yard are preferred. This rescue will not adopt out to individuals with unaltered domestic pets.
