Thank you!** Meet Brody - a 3 year old, 60 pound, Black Lab/Sherman Shepherd mix boy. Brody was a stray in Tennessee who found himself in the local shelter before coming into rescue. How has this handsome boy been looking for his forever family for a full month already! His foster shares "Brody is an outgoing, fun loving boy. He is a clown and always ready to play! He loves kids and plays well with other dogs - he has 4 dogs in his foster home. But he does tend to chase cats so will need a cat free home. Brody sleeps well in a crate and has a habit of sucking on his blankets. He is such a baby. He is doing well walking on his leash too - he pulls a little but it is mostly out of excitement and we are sure a trainable thing to fix. He is housebroken and working on sit. It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application.
