Meet Brownie
Hey there, chocolate lovers! I'm Brownie, a lively 6-month-old, male, Border Collie. As I grow, I'm expected to reach a medium-sized stature, ranging from 25 to 50 pounds – the perfect size for snuggles and play.
I pride myself on being a social butterfly, getting along famously with children and my furry canine pals. My ideal home, would have at least a 4 foot fence (no apartments for me!), cat free and another canine to play with. I've almost mastered house and crate training, but am still learning to be comfortable on a leash.
Life with me is a vibrant tapestry of playfulness and exploration. If you're seeking a loyal, good-natured companion who brings a spark of joy to every moment, I'm your guy! Together, we'll embark on a journey of growth, learning, and pawsitive adventures!
**As a reminder, puppies will need lots of time and attention during the first year. Before adopting me, please make sure that you have enough time, energy and commitment to devote to my training. Puppies need a lot of care, so everyone in your household should be on board and ready to help out**
**Rescue One is unable to provide an exact prediction of how big or small your rescue puppy will become when full grown. Any approximation provided is no guarantee.**
My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip! If you're interested in meeting/adopting me, please visit www.rescueonespringfield.com/our-adoption-process/adoption-application/ and fill out the form! We do adopt out of state with vet references and video home check. *Adopter is responsible for coming to get the dog and returning the dog if the adoption does not work out*
