Meet Caesar!

Caesar found himself back at Apollo through no fault of his own. He initially was found as a stray and was adopted by his finder a couple of years ago. Sadly, his dad passed away last year and this year his mom is moving to an Assisted Living. Prior to coming back to Apollo, he lived in a home with 2 other dogs and a cat.

He is crate trained and house trained, and his foster mom reports he is very quiet. Despite being only 8 pounds, Caesar certainly lives up to his larger-than-life name. He is full of spunk, loves to play, will run zoomies inside or out and is so much fun. He walks great on a leash, gets along with his foster’s 2 small dogs and a large dog, and his foster mom reports he does not chew “non-dog” items (but he will DESTROY any squeaker that comes his way).

Once he warms up to you, he is extremely affectionate, will give you endless kisses. Caesar loves to sleep under the covers with you. He would thrive in either an apartment or home. He knows how to use a dog door and loves sunbathing. When it’s time to settle down, he will lay in your lap under the covers while you watch movies. He has not been tested with children, but his foster mom recommends older children since he is so tiny. If you’re looking for a new best friend, Caesar is your guy!

Caesar is approximately 2 years old and is located in a foster home.

Included with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up-to-date on heart-worm and flea/tick preventative, heartworm test which includes tick disease testing (if over 6 months), 24Petwatch microchip with registration, fecal analysis and health check before adoption, and spayed or neutered-if not already, a voucher is provided which will cover the cost. If you are adopting a puppy all puppy vaccines are covered as well.
