Meet Callie, who came back to us from the community. She was picked up by animal control in Bedford, TX and when we searched for her owner, who adopted her back in 2019, we discovered they were deceased. Callie was transported back to NC and is back with our rescue. She is an approx. 45 lb. Lab mix and is somewhat shy with new people and is adjusting to what we are sure was a traumatic experience. Callie shows zero aggression, seemed to have been housetrained while at her temporary foster in TX, and seems to be a couch potato and gets along with other dogs.
