My Story

Hi, I’m Cecelia, a lovely and happy Boston/pit bull terrier. I’m 6 years old, 45 pounds, and brindle and white in color. I’m looking for my forever home where I can be your loyal and cuddly companion. I’m a friendly and sweet girl who is always happy to see people. I’m full of tail wags and kisses, and I ride well in the car. I enjoy being outside in nice weather, but mostly I love to be with people and be petted and loved on. You have to meet me to see how cute, mellow, sweet and loving I am. I’m spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and being treated for heartworms. OSSD will cover the cost of prevention until I test negative. I’m healthy and happy. I’m house trained, crate trained, and leash trained, and I’m ready to go on adventures with you. I’m good with children and other dogs, but no cats please. They drive me nuts! I’m a special girl who was brought to Memphis Animal Services as a stray and rescued from the euthanasia list just in the nick of time. I was severely stressed in the shelter environment and did not do well with other dogs at that time. But I’m doing much better now and have made several doggo playmates. Meet and greets are recommended to be safe. I’m currently being fostered by a wonderful family in Dyer, TN, but I’m ready to find a home of my own. I can be transported to other states for a family that I would fit in well with. I’m so excited to find a loving home, and I want to share it with you. I can’t wait to meet you!
