Chapo

Chapo is from an unexpected litter. A lady adopted a purebred female Husky, as her first dog as an adult. About 3 weeks after adopting she had a litter of puppies. When she contacted the people she adopted from to see if they knew this and didn't disclose that the Husky was pregnant, they said they didn't know. They also indicated that they only had a male [intact] Cockapoo not another Husky, so their other dog couldn't be the dad. The Husky was barely a year old and was not a great mother, and was killing her pups, so the litter came to us and was bottle fed. They are not quite ready to go but we are hoping to have homes lined up for them once they are 8 weeks old. The 8 week mark is January 22, 2024. They can leave any time after that date. They have had 1st shot, on the 1/27/24, they will receive a 2nd Distemper combo. These pups have been dewormed, chipped, tested for Parvo/Giardia/Coccidia [all negative], started month prevention (flea/tick prevention and heartworm prevention). Chapo along with his siblings have been around other dogs of all sizes, cats/kittens, and mostly older children (12 years plus). We can not be `100% certain that they are Cockapoo x Husky but high probability, definitely Husky. They are only about 5 pounds at 6 weeks old, they will be maybe a 40'ish pound dog when grown. The adoption fee includes a spay/neuter when the animal is 6 months old, as part of the adoption contract an addendum is added for a spay/neuter contract details.
