Things have been “ruff” for Charlie these last few months. In the fall, Charlie was hit by a car, and suffered a couple of injuries. A Good Samaritan took her in and helped her to get the care she needed to heal and come up north to find her forever home. After a few weeks in her foster home, it was soon realized that her journey toward healing wasn’t quite over. Due to some complications, Charlie needed an additional surgery to help her recover fully. And now the good news! Charlie has bounced back better than ever, and is ready for all of life’s adventures! Her foster family is amazed with her energy, spirit, and love even with all she has been through. Charlie loves long walks, car rides, chasing her ball, as well as quiet time chewing on her toys and bones while she hangs out with her foster family. She gets along well with other dogs, and is good with everyone she meets.
