Cookie is a 5 month old, 25 lb female Retriever mix.
Cookie is currently located in South Texas and will be transported.
This perky little girl is Cookie. She and her siblings were rescued after they were dumped and left to fend for themselves. Cookie is a very sweet girl who loves to play and romp with her siblings. She definitely has plenty of puppy energy to burn, so if you are looking for a walking or hiking buddy, Cookie would love to fill that position. She is sweet and affectionate and loves to play with her stuffed toys or chew bones. Cookie's foster home primarily keeps her outdoors in a nice, safe area, so she has minimal exposure to being indoors, but since she is a smart girl she would learn how to behave well indoors with gentle supervision. She is, after all, one smart cookie! Cookie is crate trained and sleeps nicely (ie., doesn't destroy her bedding) and also is fine riding in a car. She is a medium energy dog who will be a great companion for a single person or a family looking for a smart, sweet, silly and fun girl who is a dedicated people pleaser.

Faith and Hope is a multi-state rescue with locations in Texas, Washington, Oregon, Maryland, and Connecticut. All dogs and cats are rescued from the state of Texas to be transported to Washington, Oregon, Connecticut and Maryland with placement in their adoptive family’s homes. Our $600 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies) spay/neuter, microchip and transportation)
