This gorgeous gal is roughly 3 years old, spayed, and looking for a new home. Nala is a Heeler mix, so she does have quite a bit of energy. She would love to find an active home with plenty of room to run and play. She is a super sweet pup, and enjoys being around her people the most. Nala loves to go to the lakes, and enjoys taking long walks and hikes with her humans. She is super smart, and would love to find a home that would work with her on her training. She is a quick learner. Nala is currently in a home with a young child, and does well with him, but she would likely benefit from being around children who can give her space when she wants it. She has previously played with other dogs and does well, and enjoys running with them. She does not do well with cats. Nala needs more space to run and get all of her energy out. She does show some signs of anxiety and stress when she isn't able to get outside much. Nala would strongly benefit from a home with a routine, and some training to help her overcome the anxiety she has. Nala has previously broken a toe nail which led to her fear of her paws being touched, so she will need some assistance in getting comfortable with this. We know that with the right training and teaching she can be even more amazing than she is right now. If someone has a farm where she could fulfilled her needs of work and exercise or someone with a big yard would be wonderful. We are trying to re home her because her happiness is really important for us and we know that we are not giving it to her right now.
