My Story

Daisy is a very young black and white smoothie who came into rescue when her owner passed away. We are estimating she is between one and 2 years of age. Daisy arrived in our care nursing 2 purebred puppies, but surprisingly quite overweight and she could still benefit from an active exercise regimen. Daisy is house and crate trained. She adores people but can demonstrate resource guarding of toys and food around other dogs. She could definitely use some leash improvement time, and a positive reinforcement training class would be a huge bonus. Daisy rides well in the car and has been affectionate with dog-smart children in her foster home. NO cats. She is extremely talkative, so NO apartments, condos or townhomes or bad-tempered neighbours, please. Daisy is a typical Jack - she thrives on getting miles of exercise every day, and she enjoys going hiking and killing her stuffies. This girl would really love barn hunt! Daisy is in foster care in the Tacoma area. Her adoption fee is $200.
