Decoy is a 11 week old, 12 lb male Retriever mixed breed.
Decoy is currently located in South Texas and will be transported.
This chunky little guy is Decoy. He and his two siblings were dumped on a county road, but luckily for them, they were spotted and saved by a kind person. The pups are a colorful bunch: one solid white, one tan/black, and little black beauty Decoy. He is a pretty mellow pup, but if he wants something, he will definitely make his opinions known! He is generally calm and friendly, and is getting to know life indoors in a safe and loving foster home. He is potty pad trained and will begin learning to potty outdoors once he is fully vaccinated. Decoy absolutely adores toys of any kind: balls, chew bones, stuffed toys, you name it, he loves it! He is a playful little guy who loves to romp and wrestle with his siblings. Decoy is also a love bug, so if you're looking for a cuddle buddy, this is your guy. It is estimated Decoy will be a medium to slightly over medium size dog. What we do know for certain is that he is an affectionate and loving little boy who deserved better than to be dumped when he was just a tiny baby. Decoy would love to go to a forever home that will appreciate his sweet and loving nature, and will take him for walks, car rides and make him a true member of their family. He is certain to be someone's best friend! (Decoy has not been neutered yet but will be prior to transport).

Faith and Hope is a multi-state rescue with locations in Texas, Washington, Oregon, Maryland, and Connecticut. All dogs and cats are rescued from the state of Texas to be transported to Washington, Oregon, Connecticut and Maryland with placement in their adoptive family’s homes. Our $700 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies) spay/neuter, microchip and transportation)
