Are you ready to open your heart and home to a lovable senior dog? Meet Diesel, the charming tri-colored Basset Hound mix with a heart as big as his size! Diesel found himself at our shelter on 01-31-2024 due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite the change, this funny senior dog is ready to embark on a new chapter filled with love and companionship.

At around 8 years old and weighing almost 90lbs, Diesel is a big boy with an even bigger heart. He's incredibly gentle, friendly, and according to his previous owner, he gets along well with young children. We believe Diesel is housebroken, making him an ideal addition to any loving home.

Despite his age, Diesel still has plenty of pep in his step! He adores his treats and enjoys leisurely walks, making him the perfect companion for outdoor adventures or cozy evenings at home.

Diesel has been neutered and he is up to date on Rabies vaccine, there are no geographical adoption restrictions. We require a meet and greet with your canine companions and children to ensure compatibility and a smooth transition for Diesel into his new home.
