Dominic is a 10 year-old, neutered male dog, who came to us after his owner died right before Christmas. He and his brother (who has since been adopted) were left alone at his home for a week. Though not technically special needs, Dominic does need thyroid medicine (1 pill a day, approximate cost is $4.20/month supply). He is housebroken, leash-trained, kennel trained, good with dogs, humans, and children. He is extremely well-balanced, loves to play and run around, but also snuggle on the couch – he is very mild-mannered, just a really, all around great dog. Some would consider him a unicorn :)
