Meet ROCKY (fka DUSK)
Rocky (FKA Dusk) Is a 3-year-old, playful, active boy. We rescued him from the South LA shelter after TWO YEARS of living in a cement box, standing on a wet, cold floor, watching people walk by and other dogs get adopted. No one ever came for him. No one ever chose him even though he was such a good boy and got the best notes from all the volunteers.
Rocky is in a loving foster home where he gets to sleep on a soft bed and go on multiple walks and hikes daily. He is super friendly with people and is in training to learn leash manners and build some confidence in the world.
We are looking for an adopter who is active and will keep him mentally stimulated and loved. Rocky is a special boy and deserves the best!
