Eleanor in New York

Eleanor and her three brothers, Elliot, Elijah and Edward are adorable, playful, golden retriever mix puppies who will all make wonderful family dogs. Their parents are both 65 pounds and are gorgeous, super calm and chill. The puppies are all cream and white, the boys are all fluffy, Eleanor has more wiry hair and is the smallest in the litter, she will likely not be as big as her parents. Eleanor is a quiet girl, not at all a barker and doing very well with potty training. As long as she goes out regularly, she has had no accidents in the house. The parents were dumped in a rural part of Mississippi just days before the mom gave birth. Wags took in the puppies and they have thrived in their foster home, romping and playing together. Eleanor loves to play with other dogs and then snuggle up with them for a power puppy nap! She loves toys and bones and balls. Eleanor arrived in New York in mid March, she is doing great adapting to her new foster home, she just settled in immediately and is such a friendly and easy going puppy. Her three brothers have similar personalities and are headed to the northeast from Mississippi on Friday, March 15. Wags will require a contract with adopters to spay and neuter them, we use a low-cost clinic and you can either use ours and we will pay for it or we will reimburse you what we pay if you use your own vet. We are asking for a $1200 for these pups which includes the cost of the spay/neuter, the vaccines and the transport from Mississippi. Wags is a struggling nonprofit in a rural part of Mississippi, we have 150 dogs and their needs and expenses are huge.
