My Story

Please read our Core Values prior to applying at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com/adopt/our-expectations. Posted 3/19/2024. Are you looking for a small, energetic and loving Chi mix? Emmie is a sweet and confident girl. She walks with a sassy swag that is just too cute. She enjoys running around in the yard and going for walks. Emmie loves to be with her people. She lives with other dogs and does well with them, but at times can be bossy. Her canine foster brother and sister are laid back, so they basically just laugh at her and walk away. Emmie has a personality that is hard to describe, but the best you might say is that she is silly. She will be a wonderful little side kick. Emmie does well in the car, is potty trained and crate trained as well. She is recovering from demodex, so that is why you will see patches of missing hair. Check this link to to help you understand, https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/mange-demodectic-in-dogs. Don’t let this special little girl slip by as she truly is AMAZING! Adoption application, home visit and adoption fee required. If you would like to apply for adoption, please complete the online application at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com. Look under ADOPT tab. Contact [email protected] for questions or if issues are encountered with the adoption application or general adoption process. Foster Homes are desperately needed in order to help more animals like this one. Please consider opening your heart and home to a homeless animal. To find out more about becoming a Foster Parent, see our website at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com. Look under VOLUNTEER tab. As part of our adoption agreement, we require that you and your adopted canine attend a minimum of one group basic obedience course within 4 months of adoption. If adopting a puppy under 4 months old, we also require a group puppy socialization course be started immediately upon adoption. In addition, we require that puppies under 6 months of age will not be alone for more than 4 hours at a time in an 8 hour workday. We highly encourage working families to consider older puppies and adult dogs, but if your heart is set on a puppy, please consider doggie daycare. Pet ID: Lynn B PA Kennel License # 5011
