Meet Gene Pool! This sweet pup is a dapper gentleman who can't help but attract attention with his handsome face and striking two-colored (heterochromatic) eyes. He loves the outdoors, especially when involving a game of fetch! He loves chasing after the ball, dropping it for you to throw it again, and merrily galloping around the yard with it in his mouth. While he can entertain himself, he loves being around people and prefers to stay near you while he plays, even if you're busy attending to something else. Once he's done with playtime, he's ready to snuggle and relax. He'll say thank you for petting him by leaning into your touch gratefully. Despite being a playful, young pup, Gene Pool has somehow naturally mastered the loose leash walk, which makes for easy and enjoyable walks for all! He also knows "sit" and will happily and gently accept treats in return for showing off his smarts. Gene Pool is ready to find a home of his own where he can love and be loved while he continues to learn about the world!
