Goose Border Collie & Terrier Mix Sacramento, CA

Meet Goose, the adorable five-month-old border collie mix! Goose is short, long, and stocky, with a cute scruffy curly undercoat that adds to his charm. Despite looking nothing like his brother, he shares his coloring. Goose is shy but incredibly sweet and affectionate, thriving best as a second dog to follow a confident lead. He's super smart, playful, and lower energy than his brother. His love for food and want to please makes training easier, and he's already excelling in crate and house training. Currently weighing about 25 pounds, Goose will likely reach up to 40 pounds when fully grown. He adores car rides, cuddles, and giving lots of kisses, making him a fantastic addition to any loving home.

The first step in the process is to submit an application (link below) in order to set up a meet and greet or talk with the foster family. Once the application is submitted, the foster parents will contact you to chat more about the dog and make sure they're a good fit, and can answer any further questions. The application answers most of our questions in order to best match you. If you do not get the dog you apply for we can use your same application for 90 days towards another dog in our care and simply forward your app to that foster parent.

All dogs will be fully vetted (Spay/Neutered, Microchipped, DHPP and Rabies Vaccinated) and other possible vet care prior to adoption.

The adoption fee is $300 which is considered a non-refundable donation.
