Guru came to us from a rescue in Oklahoma because he needed better odds of getting adopted in the Pacific NW. Guru is a happy, funny little guy with lots of pep!
- Approximately 2 years old and 11lbs
- Possibly a Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix. He has gorgeous, long flowing fur on his tail.
- Good with other dogs
- Fostered with a cat and chases to play but is not aggressive
- Outgoing, social and confident
- Treat motivated and eager to learn
- Cuddly but doesn't need to be petted all the time
- Has energy but isn't constant and can settle nicely
- Could easily fit into a variety of lifestyles
- Needs some dialing in still on potty training but he is brand new in foster and has only been with us since 3/17/24 so he's still learning the routine and where to go.
- Can be a door dasher so working on door manners is important. His foster mom is working on this with him after he darted out the door but did come back to her.
Guru is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, dewormed, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. His adoption fee includes a free wellness exam at one of our partner vet clinics in Oregon City, Milwaukie, Portland or Tualatin.
