Out of the Woods has taken in four siblings (3 boys and 1 girl) who were born on May 26, 2023, in Searcy, Arkansas. This female is simply beautiful! She has super soft fur and she's one of the smallest at 24 pounds. We expect her to top out at 35 pounds when full grown.
It's quite obvious she is a hound mix (beagle? Walker?) but we also believe there is some Jack Russell Terrier in there. Her fur is a little longer than a hound's fur. The original litter was 8 strong, but we have divided them up with another rescue group and the four we have are very chilled when separate from their siblings. When with their siblings, they are pretty crazy when someone is around and that is simply because they all want attention. But this little girl is just sooooo sweet and calm. She would do well in just about any home.
We are in the process of crate training them and they are doing amazingly well! They are good riding inside a crate in a car. We have also begun working with them on leash and they picked that up within a few minutes. They are pretty smart little pups!
