My Story

Bonded Pair-Henry. Adoption is for both pups. Helen is a 9-year-old female black schnauzer. Little Helen has poor vision as she has cataracts. She does pretty good during the day but when it gets dark, she has trouble seeing. This little girl is smart. She has figured out the stairs to get on her foster’s patio. She does have to be picked up to go up and down off the couch. Little Helen is also partially deaf as well and she can hear loud noises/sounds. She is a very happy girl. Her tail is always wagging. She too loves to be outside when it is nice out. She will stay out there for an hour if you let her. Both pups love being together. They are absolutely amazing when new people come over. Both pups will just stand and wait to be invited by the person They both are wonderful in the car and love to go for car rides. Because both pups love to be outside, and Helen has a hard time seeing a fenced yard is a must. They will be best with older children.
