HENLEY

HENLEY IS A HIDDEN GEM. At about 3 years old, Henley is basically at the perfect age, with the perfect demeanor. He is a fairly calm boy, which is super amazing for any pup, but especially for a husky! Henley is easy to be around, he likes to chill out and also enjoys play! He is great with other pups, kids, and also dog-friendly cats, who are not intimidated by his size or friendly nature. He is currently living with 2 kitties and an 11-year old child. He was pulled from the shelter this past summer, and is adored. However, for the single mom who is both working and schooling full-time, feels she is failing him, and would like a better life for him. Henley loves to run & play, and enjoys going out for walks. He is accustomed to being crated when his mom is out, however he isn't much of a fan of being locked up! In fact, if you zoom in on his face, you can see evidence of his determination and husky efforts to escape the crate. Don't let this deter you though, because what family member do you know to be ABSOLUTELY perfect? Meaning, he may not be perfect perfect, but he is undeniably close! Bottomline (and this is easy to see): This boy is a jewel, and we would love to see him in a home where he is well-integrated with his person/people, with healthy opportunities for regular enrichment & activities. He is also big on affection for those he loves too.
