Hutch

This dog is a courtesy listing for one of our rescue partners Allen county animal rescue facility. They are a rural animal control shelter near Iola KS. Many dogs are brought to their facility after being found as strays, dumped, surrendered, or brought in by the city. However, because they are in such a rural town, they have a very small pool of adopters and have a hard time finding homes for the dogs in the shelter. Our promise as their rescue partner is that should someone apply through us, we will handle any transportation needed to get the dog to their forever home, we will assist with home visits, dog intros and anything needed to help get these dogs out of the shelter and into loving homes. Hutch is a playful and super affectionate guy, he plays well with other dogs but does have a rough play style and would likely do best living with a female dog rather than another male. Hutch has been waiting for a pretty long time at animal control and will need patience as he decompresses and gets used to living in a home environment. Hutch does need a home without cats. Hutch is an active dog and would love to go to a home where he will get plenty of playtime!
