Meet IGGY

MEET IGGY…a carefree, happy-go-lucky 2 yr old, 11 lb, white Maltipoo, who wandered into the front yard of a good Samaritan. She tried to find his owners and when she was unsuccessful she contacted us (after taking him to the Lancaster shelter), and we went to get him out. What a sweet, friendly, extremely happy and loving boy! Unfortunately, he was exposed to kennel cough…and because he came down with it, they couldn’t neuter him. He will be fixed before he is available on February 4.
Iggy is a youngin’ with all that comes with young dogs! He is very active and playful and would love another dog and children in his life. We do believe that someone loved him, as he is very smart and does listen when you talk to him. He might have been too much puppy for a mature home. However, he wants to be with you and he will do anything to get to you if you keep him away from the family! He will slip through the door, go under the gate or bark to let you know “Hey, I’m over here!” In other words, Iggy would be the best dog he can be with some patience, time and training! He does seem to be potty trained, however, we never guarantee!
If you have kids, another dog or two, have an active lifestyle and are looking for a very kissy, cuddle bunny, Iggy is your man! We believe he will fit in any home that will engage his sweet personality and love him to life! Is that you?
